Information For Authors
JIPITEC, the Journal of Intellectual Property, Information Technology and E-Commerce Law, was founded in 2010 and is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal. It aims at providing a forum for in-depth legal analysis of current issues of intellectual property, information technology and E-commerce law with the main focus on European law.
The editors welcome submissions of high quality articles covering issues of intellectual property, information technology and E-commerce law.
Submission deadlines for the coming issues:
- 15 April 2024 for the Summer Issue 15 (2)
- 15 August 2024 for the Winter Issue 15 (3)
- 15 December 2024 for the Spring Issue 16 (1)
- 15 April 2025 for the Summer Issue 16 (2)
Submissions should follow the formating and citation guidelines.
