Information For Authors
JIPITEC, the Journal of Intellectual Property, Information Technology and E-Commerce Law, was founded in 2010 and is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal. It aims at providing a forum for in-depth legal analysis of current issues of intellectual property, information technology and E-commerce law with the main focus on European law.
The editors welcome submissions of high quality articles covering issues of intellectual property, information technology and E-commerce law.
Submission deadlines for the coming issues:
- 15 December 2024
- 15 April 2025
- 15 August 2025
- 15 December 2025
The publication process, including reviews, editing and finalisation, will take around 6 to 12 months and the article will then be published in one of the next Issues.
